Here, we cook as we receive: with simplicity, attention and respect for the terroir.
The dishes are inspired by traditional cuisine and prepared from local products, chosen from producers in the Cévennes and surroundings. Each ingredient has an origin, each wine a story, and we enjoy sharing them with you.
The meal is a moment of meeting and conviviality, in the spirit of the houses of the past. People come here to eat well, but especially to take the time.
